05/09/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and all the units still on site. The fire was on the 3rd floor and started in a storage room on the walk way. The fire stayed in the walk way area and the drywall to ceiling for the roof for the walk way fell down on this unit, 3033 and 3029. 3033 has a broken window that broke from the heat of the fire. 2031 has water leaking at the ceiling in the closet at the light area and the breaker was turned off until the water stops dripping and and aired out. The interior of unit 3031 has water damage, holes in the ceiling area to check for fire and a broken window. 3029 will be able to remain in the unit. 3033 will stay somewhere else until the window is replaced and the unit cleaned. 3033 has a water heater that was involved in the fire and a total lost in the storage room. The water was turned off at the meter due to the flex lines melted and leaking water. The wood frame shed will need to be replaced due to the wood studs and the wood siding have burned. The maintenance supervisor was on site and signed the paperwork. The maintenance will secured the units on the windows and doors and the storage room. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
