After inspection found that unit 206 was were the fire was and that unit will be total lose, will need permits for damages to roof, wall's and some electrical, unit's 204,208,104,106, and 108 will be posted unsafe due to water wetting electrical and smoke damage only, laundry room downstairs was not affected by fire, but gas was only turned off due to emergency call, units 202, 210, 212, 214, 216, 218, 220, 222, 224, 226, 228, 230, 232, 233, 231,229, 227, 225,223,221,219,217, 215, 211, 209, 207, 205,203, and 201 will also be posted unsafe to occupy due to the smoke damage only, hall wall lights have electrical damage, also debris in hallway trip hazard, 32 units total posted, will be hand del notice's to manager., isolated power to bottom floor and to two other blg. |
