Mechanical equipment: 3341 & 3343 hole in ceiling covered, property has swamp cooling. Cool air is blowing but due to monsoon/moisture in air. Swamp cooling system is working as designed. Cool air still coming out of the outlet. Plumbing system: 3341 - Sewer cap still missing. 3343 leaks fixed Interior surfaces & features: 3341 hole in ceiling fixed 3343 - Wood trim around door replaced Interior Insect & Rodent: Roaches still running around.... B. Bower will have Pest Control come in and treat the property. Exterior surfaces: 3341 Window not fixed (Renter is not allowing repair person in to fix the window) While following up. Noticed front window by front door is off kilter... (2) windows need to be fixed. Weather stripping installed 3343 - Weather stripping installed. Exterior surfaces, protective treatment: Decayed wood removed and replaced. Accumulation of vegetation: Removed. Accumulation of refuse: Removed. Outstanding violations: 1) Sewer cap still missing 2) 3341 - 2 windows in need of replacement 3) 3343 - Outlet still blowing cold air? 4) Roach infestation needs to be treated. |
