T.E.P. called that the unit 5430 has had the electrical removed since January due to non-payment and has electrical to the unit due to extension cords from across the driveway. The extension cords were removed while on site. Did knock on the door with no answer. Once the extension cords were removed, the tenant came out. The tenant was advised that the cords are being removed and was advised that is stealing the electrical from the neighbor. The tenant asked on how he could get the electrical back on and he was advised to make the payment on the phone and could maybe turned back on tomorrow. Did give the tenant the phone number to call T.E.P. to make arrangement for payments. Did advise that he needed to leave the site due to the unit being condemned due to lacking the electrical. The owner was called and came to the site. The owner signed the paperwork and met with the tenant who was also working for the owner. The interior of the unit was cleaned but has the smell of urine due to has dogs in the unit and they were peeing on the floor. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front door. The tenant left with his mom and the unit was secured. At this time the case will be Closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
