Found the house vacant and secured. The windows and doors have plywood to have secured. The front of the property has windows that have been removed and replaced with fixed glass and place with 3/4 round corner. These are to have window frames with a double hung type window. The side gate was opened and was able to check the rear yard and found trash and debris in the rear yard and the wood fencing is leaning and missing some wood slats. The fascia is weathered and will need to be replaced in different area. On site with inspector Lopez. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
