Vacant property. 3 structures on site. Back 1 bdrm structure is open. Neighbor states he and the owner keep a regular eye on the property. Neighbor noted that the homeless climb over the back fence. Walked site. Called owner discussed complaint. Will send owner a notice to remove dried dead vegetation to prevent fires on vacant lot. Also suggested owner post property with NO TRESPASSING signs and also fill out the no trespassing form with TPD. Owner will secure his structure. |
