109 PM - Found the gate portion of the chain link fence surrounding the south portion of the property has fallen down. Behind it is a pool that has stagnant water with trash and debris floating on top of it. Was able to chain and padlock the gate back to the fence to secure it at this time. Called and spoke to owner. -VM |
