238 PM - Received a text message from owner stating work has been completed. Returned to property and found the gate hinges have been repaired/replaced on both sides and the gate is chained and padlock closed. The rest of the perimeter fence around the south portion of the property where the pool sits is secure. The pool has been drained and no longer contains stagnant water or trash. Violations abated, close case -VM |
