Onsite at property on 5/1/26 to inspect for multiple inoperable vehicles(verified), another case opened for this property in regards to a generator running. Verified with TEP Map Room there has been no electricity on at this property since 2/2026. Condemning property electrical reconnect. Owners son onsite, signed INDEMNIFICATION and NOTICE TO VACATE. |
