TPD Emergeny Call out owner living at property while condemned unsanitary and unsafe conditions still exists as well as no utilities at property several securement boards have been removed or missing in addition to all door with open access to anyone, city contractor to board up and secure property due to owner failing to secure and abide of conditions of indemnification he will now need permission to enter property and all securement will now be done by city at owners expense. Posted do not occupy at property on N,E, and S sides of property and chain and lock on gates. |
