1241 PM - Vacant lot is currently vacant. Found no equipment, buildings, trash, debris or weeds on the vacant lot. Did call HBS Stratford Management (owner listed in Assessors records) they said they have not managed property for about 5 years and it might be managed by Associa Arizona. I called Associa, and waited for 6 minutes and they never answered the call. Unable to verify complaint, close case. -VM |
