Property is severly fire damaged from a fire around 03/2025. It is surrounded with a massive accumulation of garbage, all windows and doors are broken and unsecured. The owner indicated his son would be coordinating a cleanup in the next day or two and I explained that if it isnt done in 30 days, I would have my own contractors abate the violations. |
