On site - Did not observe abandoned/inoperable vehicle. Unable to confirm back porch, roof and pest complaints from public right-of-way. Did see calcification on small portion of roof from swamp cooler, but roof did not look damaged in that area. Complainant will have to identify themselves and allow access to their point of view to confirm the complaints. UNFOUNDED. CLOSE CASE. |
