TFD report the house has hoarding inside. Interior is completely damaged by fire, smoke and water. HVAC and water heater damaged by fire. Property has a high brick wall with a gate in the back yard and side yard. Will place a padlock on the gates. Front door pinned. Shed located on the east side of the house was locked up by the elderly owner. Issued notice to vacate and permits and building plans required to repair the house.
