Porch fire damaged siding on both sides of the back porch door. Area damaged is approximately 4x5 area exposing the insulation and dryer vent and electrical cable. Sheathing on electrical appears to be slightly burned. Coaxial cable and communication cable is burned down to the wire. Parts of the back porch damaged: ledger and joists, decking next to the back door is Gatorade. Support post is slightly burned. The rim band joist , fascia and skirting on the porch has been damaged by the fire. A Licensed Electrician is required to evaluate the electrical cable next to the back door. A permit is required for repair to the electrical and to the back porch. ABS plumbing pipe damaged by fire. Pipe is leaking water. Notice to vacate, Issued a notice permits required, indemnification posted mh. |
