Overgrown Palo Verde blocking the sidewalk on the southside of the property and several western facing palo verde trees blocking that sidewalk. There is also a large amount of trash and refuse on the property. I called the owner and explained and he ssaid there was nothing he could do because homeless people will just dump more trah. I asked who he thought should be responsible for cleaning his property and he did not answer. I told him he had one more week to become compliant before I issue a citation. |
