House has many dilapidated elements including the roof, facia, windows, fence, and facia. According to the neighbor, the individual squatting there without services or utilities has been there for awhile and is the nephew of the trust's beneficiary. sice the patriarch of the family passed, he is responsible forthe property. He chose to sell it to someone who intends to flip the home. Police verified the building was empty and Damian boarded it up. Measurments are in notes. As the structure is boarded and cannot be used to squat, this case is closed. |
