On site inspection. It was observed that there is a black four door Toyota sedan that is inoperable in the front yard of the property. There is also an accumulation of refuse and debris in the front yard and side yard, abutting Kolb Road. Contact was made with the homeowner, and a clean-up plan is under way. Notice of violation hand delivered and sent in the mail. |
