House electrical meter melted. Shed located at the back end of the property caught fire and fire caught onto the house next to the shed. Electrical meter melted. Roofing damaged by fire, hole in roof a result of the fire. Insulation, roofing rafters burned, drywall damaged, mental window encasements broken out at the back end of the house, metal back door screen bent and damaged, electrical system damaged by the heat of the fire, hvac system damaged. House damaged by fire, smoke and water. Issued notice to vacate, permits required, indemnification form to the owner of the house. Property posted unsafe. TEP removed their meter. SWG removed their meter. Permits required for both. |
