A new mini split installed on the roof next to the carport 2. A new water heater installation with new plumbing lines installed on the west side of the structure 3. A new approximately 23‘ x 10‘ wooden structure constructed along the west property line that contains electrical, lighting, and a countertop with seating 4. A shed at the far north west corner of the structure has electrical attached 5. A shipping container at the north end of the property line has a mini split air conditioner installed on it 6. The middle interior of the west side of the home was demolished sometime around 2024 and has been rebuilt 7. Block wall along the alley has been increased in height to 6‘6“ |
