905 am - Carport has been enclosed sometime after 2013 without a permit and the carport is full of storage and trash and debris. There is a strong smell of feces and urine, as well as trash from the sidewalk that is coming out of the property. Cactus and other vegetation is growing into sidewalk. Due to history of violations at this property will issue a citation. -VM |
