On site inspection, the property was observed to have an accumulation of unattended vegetation, with trees/shrubs that are extending over the sidewalk space in a manner that may interfere with reasonable use of the sidewalk. And it was observed the property has grass and weeds exceeding six inches in height. These violations were in the front of the property. It was observed to have violation of outdoor storage in a carport that is visible beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage is restricting an automobile from being properly stored properly within the carport. Notice of violation sent in the mail. |
