On site - Met with tenant and saw nest area from parking lot. Tenant explained issues she's had with rats and bugs due to the owl's nest. Spoke with property manager about getting the nest cleaned up, now that the owls have abandoned the nest and recommended that they cover the area somehow to prevent the owl's from returning next year. Issuing notice of violation. |
