122 pm - Inspection reveals a neglected structure is currently fenced off from public access. Structure has defects or conditions, along with a history of being a neglected structure, that warrant issuance of a rehab or demo notice. Conditions observed include but are not limited to: North wall potentially a former slider door, filled in, new window, new electric outlet (possibly completed under old remodel permit.) Boarded windows east wall. South wall has 2 windows potentially filled in, sizes changed. Facia missing paint south and east sides, exposed wood. Bldg/portion of bldg at SW corner of main building has roof covering damaged, porch posts missing paint, window on east wall filled in w/ blocks. Boarded door opening south wall. -VM |
