Vehicle fire inside garage. Smoke and water damage to dry wall and ceiling. Garage door opener burned, over head light burned. Electrical circuit shut off at the electrical disconnect. A Licensed Electrician required to evaluate and repair damaged electrical. Permit may be required if electrical wiring needs to be replaced. Dry wall and ceiling darkened by fire, smoke and water. Water heater is not damaged. HVAC not affected. Complete and issue a notice of violation and indemnification form |
