On site - Verified green pool, dilapidated wood fence at rear of property, overgrown accumulation of vegetation in alley, accumulation of weeds higher than 6 inches throughout the property and along the curbs, dead palm fronds on 2 trees, debris and refuse in alley and front yard. Knocked and rang doorbell, no answer, property may be vacant as there were packages at front door that appeared to have been left there for an extended amount of time. Phone number found for owner is not active. Will attempt to mail notice of violation to violation address. |
