Onsite at property, verified 2 inoperable vehicles in carport, vehicle covers are torn and need to be replaced, did not see evidence of anyone sleeping in vehicles at this time. Back door has outdoor storage partially blocking back door, storage needs to be removed for emergency egress access. Spoke to resident and advised her to replace vehicle cover on the vehicle that belongs to her and back door is a storage unit, not accessible to living unit. Closing case |
