On site inspection. Inspection of the property revealed that the resale commercial business has accumulated a substantial amount of refuse, debris, and discarded materials in the rear yard area. The items appear to be stored in a disorganized and excessive manner, constituting improper outdoor storage. Additionally, portions of the stored materials are visible from the public right-of-way, creating a visual nuisance. These conditions are in violation of Tucson City Code requirements regarding the accumulation of refuse and improper storage, including visibility from public view, and must be corrected to bring the property into compliance. |
