Property has not changed. the tenant said they are being forced out because the owner is being forced into forclosure. They did not have an idea of who was buying it but until a new owner takes ownership, I do not have a point of contact.I will revisit this case in 60 days. The tenants will be gone as will many of the belonging that constituted the original complaint. |

Backyard appears to have been almost completly cleared of trash, nobody is living in the home any longer. THe neighbors all said the house is now emptied. The furniture and rogue belongings are scattered around the front, side, and back yards however; creating a new issue. The house is being forclosed on however no new owner info is available at this time. |
