Onsite inspection found homeless encampment on vacant lot. There is debris/refuse all over the property. The bathroom is being used as a storage area. there are weeds over 6" in height all over the property. there is graffitti on the building near the bathroom door. The electrical box has been damaged and scavenged. The lot is unsecured without signs stating no trespassing. |
