On site inspection. It was observed that the front of the property has violations of accumulation of vegetation, to include grass and weeds in excess of six inches in height, several trees and shrubs on the property and the adjoining right-of-way that extends into the roadway in a manner that may interfere with the reasonable use of the street and/or sidewalk area for vehicle and pedestrian traffic. There is also an accumulation of refuse and debris that were observed in the front yard, to include green waste (tree limbs). There was no evidence that could be seen from the public view due to the accumulation of vegetation throughout the property. Notice of violation sent in the mail. |
