| 04/14/2026 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | The mobile home has one accessible entry point at the rear. The front door is obstructed by excessive storage and accumulated refuse. The rear door was found slightly open, with visible refuse throughout the interior. A strong odor of feces and general waste is detectable from outside the unit. Spiders and cobwebs are present around all windows and doorways. Dirty diapers were observed on the ground near the rear entrance, along with additional refuse beneath the steps leading to the door. The unit has been secured by shutting down the mobile home and disconnecting electrical service at the pedestal, which has been locked with a padlock. The mobile home itself has been pinned shut. Occupants and/or mobile home park management are required to provide a detailed plan outlining the timeline and process for interior cleanup. All doors and windows must remain unobstructed. The unit requires professional pest control services due to a significant infestation, including the presence of roaches throughout. This concern is especially urgent given the possibility that an infant may be residing in the home. Additional conditions observed include: Buckets of standing water containing dead insects A non-functioning toilet A deteriorating ceiling in the hallway, with portions actively falling A strong ammonia odor throughout the unit A cat present inside the mobile home; an opening has been left to allow the animal to exit The Tucson Police Department (TPD) contacted PAC; however, PAC no longer maintains on-call staff during nighttime hours. |
