Called tenant to get information about complaint. She explained that they moved her to a studio unit from a 2-bedroom in January 2026 due to a bad water leak in unit 235. She was allowed to skip the rent payment for 2 months but had to resume paying in April for the studio. As of today unit 235 is not fully repaired yet, however the management is allowing the tenant to break her lease and she will be moving out by 5/24/26. I will not issue a notice of violation at this time but will follow up with management regarding the complaint. UNFOUNDED. CLOSE COSE. |
