On site inspection. At the time of inspection, no violation of Section 16-13 pertaining to overgrown or unattended vegetation was observed from the public right-of-way or other accessible vantage points. The vegetation visible on the property frontage appeared maintained and did not constitute a nuisance as defined by the code. The rear yard area, which was the subject of the complaint, was not visible or accessible for inspection. Therefore, compliance or non-compliance with Section 16-13 in that specific area could not be verified at this time. Case Closed - Unfounded. |
