04/11/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site at property with TFD, Southwest Gas, responsible party, and tenant. There was a fire in UNIT 2 in the closet. There are interior damages to the unit 2, closet and some ceiling damages. There is a electrical panel in the closest that was damaged. It appears there may be electrical damages to the unit. Electrical meter powered off to the Unit 2 from the meter switch. Condemnation since there is no power. Permits required for Unit 2. A licensed electrical shall work on the unit for repairs. Southwest Gas checked the gas pipes for all units and appliances. Southwest Gas passed their inspections for gas and left gas off. Unit 1 is all electrical and no gas.
Responsible party signed documents and secured the unit.

Unit 3 - TFD turned off the power to the unit when the fire happened. When turning on the power back on for Unit 3 from the meter switch to on, Unit 3 had no power. Unit 3 has no power to unit. Condemnation. When power is restored to Unit 3, the condemnation can be lifted. Unit 3 meter switch has left off unil repairs are made. Unit 3 had no interior damages by the fire. It is recommended a licensed electrical review the unit. Tenant signed documents and secure the unit.
