On site at property. Briefly, spoke to a someone on site (not the owner, Spanish speaker) about the complaint, to clean up the place, and left card for the owner to contact Code Enforcement Inspector. There is an accumulation of outdoor storage, there is an accumulation of trash. There is a pile tires in front of the fence. There is a dilapidated structure on the property. There appears to be two RVs in the rear. The property has weeds. There is graffiti on the front fence. Please see photos for reference. There are no such approvals at this time to be living in a RV/trailer in this zone. Permits required for demolition of the dilapidate structure and compliance review for proper use of a C-2 COMMERCIAL ZONE. Sent notice of violation for this property and going into citation. |
