The unit has a strange smell to it and a oily residue is collecting from the A/C vents. According to the tenants, there has not been a urgency to resolve the issue. The lweasing office indicated that a A/C tech would be coming to diagnose the issue on Wednesday. I will hold off sending a notice until that time. |
