The tenants of this unit have moved out and I no longer have access to the unit. The photos I have are not from the initial inspection, they are from the tenants and show visible oil. They had cleaned it by the time I inspected so I could not review the complaint fully, although they believe they were getting sick and it could be due to the substabnce coming through the vents, I do not have enough evidence to take this to court at this time. The leasing office has been closed each time I go to the complex and all of my phone calls have been ignored. |
