HVAC venting system is damaged, water heater is tagged as unsafe. Smell of gas is very strong, holes in the walls throughout house, kitchen cabinetry is rotted with doors missing. Exterior electrical meter and disconnect box has vegetation grow into and around electrical. Electrical circuits are missing knockouts. Electrical circuits are not labeled. Four exterior windows are missing and or are broken and missing large plates of glass. Interior hallway ceiling drywall is missing with insulation hang Going from the ceiling. Electrical outlet covers are missing throughout the house. Bathroom vent is rusted and missing. Bedrooms have missing ceiling drywall with with insulation exposed. The dry wall that is still connected to the ceiling is peeling and falling off the ceiling. Bedrooms have miscellaneous items piled on the floor making walking hazardous. Light fixtures attached to the ceiling are hanging from the wires. Water heater closet is tagged as unsafe. Strong smell of gas coming from the closet. Reported to SWG. Wood facia on the house is peeling and hanging down. Carport is full of storage and visible from beyond property lot. Refuse located in the front right-of-way area. Complete shut down paper work, permits required. Post house, secure house. TEP disconnects electrical services and SWG will disconnect gas. Permits will be required to repair home. Roofing will need to be repaired under permit. All refuse will need to be removed and disposed of properly.
