1227 pm - From the front right of way, do not see any new fences or walls under construction. This has an easement and not an alley, and the easement is inaccessible. Gate is locked and dog in yard. Called listed number for owner, no ans, left msg. Did spk with neighbor who was arriving at home who states she is unaware of any new walls or fences built by her neighbor. She allowed me access to her rear yard and can see the rear fence of this property. Is a chain link fence that divides 1338 from the parcel to north. There are no signs of this being a new fence and it appears to be weathered. At this time, there is insufficient evidence to prove there is any new fence constructed, will be closing case. -VM |
