On site - spoke with office staff about issue with chiller. They reported that the motor has to be replaced and is currently in transit to Tucson and should be here on Monday. I asked what they are doing to provide temporary cooling and was informed that the property manager was out purchasing portable AC units at that time, for residents. I gave her my card and asked to be contacted when the chiller is fixed. |

Spoke with tenant and property manager. Tenant received temporary cooling unit until chiller is repaired. Chiller is supposed to be fully repaired by Friday, May 1st at the latest. Will follow up with property manager at that time. |
