On site - Could not verify pool from public access. Knocked on door and tenant answered. He invited me to the backyard to view pool and asked questions regarding how to treat the pool and be in compliance. He explained that he a caretaker for the home and doesn't use the pool. I explained ways to treat the pool and explained that it would be beneficial to empty the pool if he doesn't plan on using it. Owner lives in the Philippines and can only get email. Will email notice of violation to owner. |
