06/03/2026, On site spoke to the trailer occupant stated is moving out, spoke to the property owner over the phone also stated will clear that area get a permit to move the shipping container to a deferent spot also remove all the storage and the fence around the trailer, will follow up on 06/22. |

On site, observed that approximately 90% of the items have been removed from the property. Some storage items remain, along with a metal storage container and a trailer. Spoke with the property owner, who stated that the remaining items and metal storage container will be removed now that the permit has been issued. Advised the property owner that the trailer may remain on the property as long as it is operable. Will follow up in 30 days. |
