Met with occupant regarding the complaint. Noticed the red tag. Occupant stated the red tag was placed on the window because they had not paid their electrical bill. Bill is now paid. Pools is empty except for a small puddle of water at the base of the pool which is dark green. Front yard has storage visible from beyond the property lot line and a blowup pool in the front yard no fencing. Very little water inside the plastic pool. Junk motor vehicle parked on the east side of the property with a broken back window. |
