Large roll off located on the east side of commercial building. Commercial rental unit windows completely covered windows. Entered unit found walls, ceiling, flooring, electrical outlets removed, venting hanging from the ceiling. Occupant stated they only replaced the light fixtures. The rest did not require a permit. Advised occupants to stop work. Submit plans to PDSD. Do not do any further work or a citation will be issued. Issued nov and posted commercial unit. Pictures posted |
