On site property maintenance inspection. Observed overgrown vegetation throughout the property, and weeds/grasses in excess of 6 inches in front yard, side yards, and back yard. Also observed a palm tree in a side yard that has dead palm fronds within ten (10) feet of the ground and/or structure. Notice of violation sent in the mail. |
