05/14/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation I went back to the unit to verify bad information. On 5/13, I received a call from Linda Lee Morley, the supposed owner of this proeprty. She informed me that she is not the owner andwas confused by the notices I had sent her. I went back in hopes of speaking with the woman living there about the ownership of the unit. She was not there but I noticed that several electrical cables were running from the apartment, down the stairs.I spoke to the downstairs neighbor who indicated the tenant was stealing power from her before she began shutting off the breakers in the unit to [prevent it. Sheprovided me a num,ber for the property management company, Pride Community Management. They told me that the owner was Cherie Santora and that they had struggled to arrange any accountability with ehr on their end. They told me police were at the unit a few days ago. I called TEP and cofirmed that ther unit had no power. I called police to have them clear the unit before I boarded it up but one of TPDs mental health providers returned my call and said they cleared the unit when they came two days ago and they confirmed that the owner, Cherie, was receiving care at Palo Verde medical center. There were no living thingsin the unit according to TPD and the front door was locked. I had Damian board up the unit and will return to post a notice of violation on the door providing 30 days to clean the debris on the patio before I return with contractors and clean what remains.
06/24/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed All of the trash and storage have been removed from the front porch. The property is still secured and the "keep vacant" sticker is still intact.
