On site inspection. There were no overgrown vegetation or unattended vegetation violations present in the front yard of the property. The back yard of the property is not viewable from the public sidewalk or street due to an opaque concrete fence. There are no violations of storage in the front yard and therefore, if there is outdoor storage in the back yard it is allowed since it is not visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot and it is screened by a minimum five (5) foot high solid wall. Case Closed - Unfounded. |
