Car hit rental unit #9133 vacant rental. Exterior stucco wall damaged foam, insulation, drywall, frame knocked off the base board. Issued notice of violation to vacate (keep vacant) until repaired under permit, issued permits required and a idemification form. Property Mgmt had staff securing the unit while I was on site. 60nday follow up. |
