On site at property with TFD. CE did not step inside the house. The interior of the structure's condition is unsanitary, unfit for human habitation. There is a lack of sewage; failure to connect all plumbing fixtures to the public sewer system. Condemnation. Permits required for repairs of the plumbing, work shall be done by a licensed contactors. The house is secured at this time. Owner was taken to the hospital, and it is uncertain if they are to return. |
